Melody Town & The Hush is provided under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/), plus these terms.

Subscriptions

Premium and Family are auto-renewing subscriptions, monthly or yearly, with a free trial for new subscribers (7 days on monthly plans, 14 days on yearly plans). Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm (or when the trial ends). A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your App Store account settings. Family covers up to six players on one device.

Use

Melody Town is for personal, non-commercial use at home or alongside music lessons.

No warranty

The app is provided as is. We work hard to make it accurate and reliable, but we can’t promise it will always be free of errors.
